Charles Rossi, CFA, CFP®

Charles' 12-year career in the wealth management industry is distinguished by professional board certifications across nine different wealth management disciplines and multiple post-graduate degrees.

Charles has also completed advanced trust schools held at Pepperdine University, University of Notre Dame and Boston University School of Law and studied applied mathematics in finance at the University of Leeds, business valuation and security analysis at the London School of Economics and equity investment management at The London Business School.

Charles is a member of the CFA Institute, National Association of Personal Financial Advisors, the Financial Planning Association, the Academy of Special Needs Planners and the Central Arizona Estate Planning Council and is FINRA Series 65 licensed.

Charles serves on the Board of Directors for Help in Healing Home, a residential hospitality housing community for organ transplant and oncology treatment patients and their caregivers at The Village at Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, Arizona. Help in Healing Home has served more than 23,500 patients and their families during the past 20 years.

Vincent Rossi, CFP®

Vincent’s 40-year career in the financial services industry has been distinguished by a broad foundation of knowledge and experience in the capital markets and wealth management.

Prior to founding the firm in 2005, he was a Senior Vice President, Portfolio Manager and Trust Officer at Morgan Stanley and a Managing Director, Senior Investment Management Consultant and Portfolio Manager at US Bancorp Piper Jaffray.

Prior to the development of his individual client practice, he served institutional clients, hedging and arbitraging U.S. Government securities from the trading floor of the Chicago Board of Trade for a primary dealer trading directly with the Federal Reserve System.

From 1986 to 2000, Vincent wrote and taught the class, How to Become the CEO of Your Investment Portfolio for executive programs at Thunderbird School of Global Management, The University of Arizona Extended University, Northern Arizona University and the University of Phoenix. More than 1,000 participants have completed his programs.
